Whole Lamb Share

1. Place your order with a deposit.
2. We will notify you when we have a processing date scheduled for your lamb.
3. You complete a cutsheet to decide what cuts of lamb you would like.
4. Once the animal is processed and we have the hanging weight, you will receive an invoice with the hanging weight, the total cost, the amount you have paid, and your balance due.
5. Once the animal is processed, you may either pick up your lamb, or, for an additional fee, we will either deliver it personally or ship it to you with dry ice and insulation to ensure it remains frozen.

What you get: A Whole Lamb Share will yield around 40 lb of lamb to take home, leading to roughly $16 per lb of lamb you take home.

Freezer space: Approximately 2 cubic ft of freezer space is recommended for a Whole Lamb Share.

Packaging: All cuts are vacuum sealed and labeled.

Deposit: Your card will only be charged once your order is confirmed. If you would prefer to pay a deposit in cash, check, or another method, please contact us by email or phone. If there is any reason we cannot complete your order, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Quantities and weights of cuts will vary for each animal.
